What will remain of your leadership when you are no longer in the room?
Most legacy work asks leaders to plan forward. To design what they hope to leave behind. To strategise the culture they intend to build.
The Eulogy You Will Never Hear reverses this entirely.
This is an experience that asks the leader to stand at the end of their working life and look backward. To write, in their own hand, the eulogy that will one day be spoken about them. And to hear it read aloud, in the presence of someone who can hold the experience with care.
This is an invitation to encounter the truth of your leadership while there is still time to shape what comes next.

Encounter a Day Out of Time
The Eulogy You Will Never Hear is a private 1:1 offering.
A day of carefully curated reflection, guided inquiry and creative exploration in collaboration with nature. There is no formal structure beyond the shape of the day itself.
The day unfolds through connection, conversation, silence, walking, written reflection and arts-based experiences. Together, we will explore the relationships between your leadership, the life you are living and the world your influence is helping to shape.
This is [re]generative leadership drawn from the deepest of places.
Begin A ConversationThe Questions That Change Everything
This is not a workshop. It is not coaching, nor is it leadership strategy. It is a portal of engagement into the questions most leaders circle for years without responding to clearly:
- What am I actually building?
- What will remain of my work when I am no longer in the room?
- What have I been assuming about my life that I have never allowed myself to examine honestly?
The Eulogy experience brings the leader into a direct, embodied, unavoidable encounter with these questions in a form that cannot be intellectualised away. This work is a commitment to listen-with yourself, and to claim a leadership stance that shows raw human-ness in everyday work spaces.
This is a stance that rarely make it onto a board agenda and these questions may be the most important you ask.
The Return
In the days and weeks that follow, something shifts. The leader does not return to work the same leader. You return with a renewed capacity to participate consciously in the living systems of which you are part, cultivating cultures where humanity, creativity, connection and meaningful thought can flourish.
The encounter continues through the conversations you open, the assumptions you question, the space you create for others and the courage to lead differently.
Here, the deepest measure of your leadership lives in the conditions you create for life to flourish, long after you have left the room.

Begin A ConversationWho Holds The Experience For You?
Kelly Boucher is the Founder of the WYLD Platform and the creator of the signature Eulogy experience.
She is an artist, educator and researcher with 25 years of experience across arts, education and community practice. She spent 12 years lecturing in teacher education, academic research and pedagogical leadership. The convergence of these three lineages, artist, educator and researcher, is the ground from which the WYLD Platform grows.
Kelly is a world leader in architecting the conditions in which human discernment is restored, sustained and lived, inside leaders, organisations and the futures they are shaping. Her work is not consultancy, coaching or leadership development, rather she create the environments in which thoughtful leaders remember how to see the world. From there, everything else becomes possible.
Kelly writes, thinks and convenes ideas to create portals of engagement where she invites leaders into experiential encounters attuned to living systems thinking, pedagogical scholarship, ecological philosophy, and a lineage of thinkers who have refused the mechanistic logic of modern leadership ideas.
The slow intelligence of a body of work that restores human perception in leaders, organisations and the futures they are building offers a depth and vitality rarely seen in the senior leadership space. You are in very good hands!
